STUDIO SPACE FOR RENT: Looking to rent studio space for a class, rehearsal, record a video audition, or just for practice? Our studio spaces at our new Aurora location are available for rental, for either individuals or groups. The new studio has over 3300 sf of space, and 2 large dance studios with Marley and sprung floors. Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Route 59 Metra station and minutes from I-88. Studio 1 is 29.67' x 36' (1068 sf) at $30/hour and Studio 2 is 20.5 x 31.67' (649 sf) at $25/hour.

Cancellation Policy

Studio space rental is nonrefundable. For cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance, the balance may be applied to a future rental date. No rescheduling is permitted for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead of time. Class tuition is non-transferable and non-refundable, except for serious illness or injury with a doctor's note.
